Owner, Rebecca Fitzgerald at Forget Me Not Florist worked with my partner and I in creating the ideal feeling for our wedding. We wanted a Berkeley, California feeling to our flowers: lush, wildflowers with herbs. She was attentive, enthusiastic, and gay-friendly, all qualities we wanted in a florist!

When we met with Becky for a consultation, she served us tea and cookies, and asked about our preferences. Then, she used her own creativity, good judgment, and enthusiasm to help us create a glorious display of flowers. Because it was important to us to have scented Geraniums, Eucalyptus, and sweet pea flowers, Becky worked hard to find them. We wanted pinks and purples with great texture; Becky used her knowledge and love of flowers to help us create gorgeous bouquets, center pieces, and corsages. Everything arrived on time (care of Becky), and my bouquet even had little drops of water on the roses!

Amazing I was looking to send a birthday gift to a friend who lives out in Chesterfield MA. I am from DC and could not find a florist close to my friends house. The person who answered the phone at Forget Me Not offered to drive the flowers the 30 miles to my friends house either before or after work! HOW AMAZING! The kindness of the team at this flower shops can be felt...even over the phone. I will always use them when I need something in the area.

I had a holiday occasion to attend which was being hosted by a man who is very hard to buy for, but did not want to show up empty-handed. So, centerpiece it was! I went into Rebecca's shop and was well taken care of.

She was behind the counter and I explained to her my needs. She had some holiday baskets in the cooler which were quite attractive and she worked with me to accent them with additional fresh flowers. The result was a wonderful centerpiece at a fantastic price.

I love the fact that she does not even have baby's breath in her shop. She uses much more attractive & unique flora to accent her work with. I'll return to Forget Me Not for all of my floral needs in the future and would certainly recommend them to others.

I had heard this was a good florist so when friends had a baby, I called them to order flowers which proved to be a great choice. Rebecca herself answered the phone and said she would take the flowers over to the hospital at the end of the day, and promised she wouldn't leave them if my friend had already been discharged. Most importantly, she understood immediately what I meant when I said I didn't want any dyed carnations or girly-clown-smilely face arrangement. Instead, she put together purple kale and blush roses; excellent as my friends are arty, into local food and plants, etc. My friends later said the arrangment was beautiful and distinctive and fragrant. Yay!
